Until this year, I thought D&D meant drunk and disorderly...

lol I guess it would mean different things to different people. I was a big roleplaying so it always means Dungeons and Dragons. But I like Drunk and Disorderly as well

The last time I played D&D my Necromancer got drunk and burnt down a pub. It should be noted that a necromancer that can out drink a dwarf is not always an asset.

Last Month was the very first time for me to play D&D. My 20+ son leads a group a college and decided I needed the experience. So him, my 16 yr old son, and I went through an abbreviated form of a mission. It was something we did in about 4 or so hours.

My Ranger was very lucky at the get-go, rolling high numbers for the variable values. I can't remember what they are called. All in all it was a great experience. I'm sure with time and experience the fullness of the game would come to me more.

D&D can be fun. Some friends and I tried to make a game and keep it going last year, but it ended up quite glacial and monthly was as frequently as we could all do.
