    Good evening everyone.

I have a long overdue announcement to make. As you all know, Iím just getting back from a rather long ELOA. While I was away, our TFXO, Michael Aravan stepped up and handled all of the day-to-day TFCO duties. He not only made sure the TF was running smooth, but sent out report remainders, filled out the TFís monthly report, kept in touch with me and the BFA, was a point of contact for you all and for the TF, and the list goes on and on. Without him, Iím not sure my recent return from ELOA would have been as smooth. Iím very thankful for all of the hard work. With that said, itís my pleasure to promote Michael Aravan to the rank of Rear Admiral, effective immediately. Congratulations!

With Aravanís promotion, this also allow me to make another overdue promotion. Yuka Layton has been TF99ís Command Adjutant for quite some time now. Through three TFXOs and the reorganization of the TF last year, heís been a point of contact for the Alternative Division and later the Future Possibilities group. Heís also recruited for the TF as needed, all while handling duties with the Fleetís HoH. Itís not been an easy job, and being the CO of one of the most unique sims in BF has also been a full time job too. Itís my pleasure to promote Yuka Layton to the rank of Commodore, effective immediately. Congratulations!

I also want to thank all of you, TF 99ís COs and Players for your work and your understanding while I was on ELOA. Iíve very proud of you all, and very thankful that you all have continued to write, send in reports, and do all the little things to make TF99 the best in Bravo Fleet! To you all I humbly say, thank you.
    -Mike
